What’s everyone’s goals at the moment

    For me I’m focused on losing bf. I’ve pretty much dropped all carbs at this point and running a keto protocol. I have done 2 refereed meals since I’ve been on it. But I’ve kept it to one meal in the day.

    I’ve been feeling very flat and will remain this way until I change things up.

    My BG has dropped from what I normally see on high card diets from morning fasted of 90 and after meals of 120-130.
    I now sit between 75 fasted and 85-90 after meals..

    This for me is prefect to peel the bf off.

    Gear has stayed the same but I think I will change it up this next pin or so.

    Mine is that ever hard to do lean bulk..don't want to add any bf but am gaining lean muscle it's a slow process and a long cycle but I like lean bulks everyone says it can't be done,you just have to be patient let the gear and gh do it's work overtime and muscle starts to pile on a thin layer at the time.
    Im eating very clean but still carbs in diet about 300-350 Ed ,high protein 400 g Ed and trying to stay low extra low fat.so far im very happy and after 1 year of hgh the new muscle cells are there and growing
    So 4-6 more weeks to see how shreaded I can be and weigh atleats 245 lbs

    Be careful on the fat side of ur diet, fat plays a big role in hormonal balance.

    Bulk need put some meat on me ;) until spring, one or two mini cuts between .

    Just got back from a great long bike ride w my wife.

    So to finish up on my current diet I’m averaging between 160-180g of fat,
    320-350 protein
    80-115g of carbs, on my carbs that is total not net. My net averages between 75-80
    Fiber sits between 45-55g
    Sodium is up on purpose due to the transitions that happen while I’m on this diet, sodium, potassium and magnesium are flushed out and don’t recirculate per say as it does on a high carb diet.
    Vit B 6 is at 431
    Vit b12 171
    Calcium 100-110
    Magnesium 90-110
    Zinc 110-130
    Total cals hang around 3350- 3500

    As far as gear goes right now I’m only on
    Test E 650 wk
    Eq 1000wk
    Provi 25mg ed
    Cjc w dac 2.5 mg a wk
    Hch 200ui wk
    Clomid 25mg ed

    I think I will switch over to test p and tren and drop eq.

    Bubba it’s too hard to tell w out seeing ur stomach and obliques. Can you see all of ur abs when u flex them? Can u see the inter and outer costals?

    If u can see a 6 pack then ur around 10-12

    If u can see all of ur obliques w definition and separation between ur abs then ur at around 6-8%

    The more muscle size u have on u the more separation striation u will see.

    With that I can I'm probably 11-12%. I can see them them flexed with some obliques.
    Yeah at my age I'm good with that. Lol
    I don't compete just with myself.

    Very true he looks great. And working out of a home gym too. I did that but more often than not I just couldn’t produce the motivation I have working out w a bunch of fellow meat heads around.

    I wouldn’t look have as good as he does now.
