    ingredients:
    2 packs ground turkey
    100gm oats
    2 whole eggs
    half chopped onion
    season with:
    worcestshire sauce
    sugar free bbq/ketchup
    basil/rosemary

Combine in a bowl and drop into a greased cake tin. I used light olive oil spray, you could use anything really.

Bake for 50 mins @ 180C. Pull it out and dump a whole heap of the bbq sauce/ketchup on top for the glaze then pop it back in for ten or so mins.

Remove from oven and allow to cool.

I plugged this into MFP and divided the loaf into 6 equal portions yielding:

    CALORIES 316, P 40 C 10.3 F 12.4

My wife is full monte into keto. She has been making all sorts of good stuff. One that she has been making for me is an egg muffin in a silicone muffin pan.

1 whole egg in each muffin, some ham, Some mushrooms and a little cheese.

I take 4 at a time so it ends out being 4whole eggs, 4oz ham,1oz sharp cheddar cheese. 656 cals 51 p 45 f. I have this on my commute home by it’s self no carbs due to the high fat.

Well there are times when we are in a hurry with no time to sit down. If you want them hot, you could just nuke them. My wife loves low carbing. She’s done great on it. It’s actually good for me. If I get more than 75g of carbs, My stomach hurts. It’s bad for everyone.

You may have some allergies to some types of carbs. Could be from a combo of the type of proteins, fats and carbs as well.

I bloat the hell up when I eat a lot of refined foods that tent to be greasy.

I feel like I have a hard ballon in my gut and fart like crazy!

Well I’m making it for dinner tomorrow night. I thought about making a round of those in muffin pans too. For like meatloaf bites. Have that with fauxtatoes. Almost like a country styled dinner

Well MM, I made the meatloaf tonight. Man it was it very easy and really good too. But I forgot to season the meat when I was mixing everything together. Was gonna make it with some fauxtatoes but the store didn’t have any cauliflower. So just went ahead and made some mashed potatoes. I don’t eat a lot of those to keep my carbs down. But even my wife, who has had a bad experience with turkey, ate some then put some in a meal prep container for her work tomorrow.

Oh man it was really good too. What’s funny is that my wife, kinda burned herself out on turkey. She said that she’s try it. When we sat down to eat, she was like, wow this is really good. I thought for a second and about a minute into it, I told her that I had forgotten to season the meat. She just kinda looked at me. And kept eating.
