    Ok had to take almost 90 days of down time (life happens lol) ,been on 500 mg cyp a week since dite was crap due to long work hours.Now I'm settled in and have a normal schedule so gonna get back at the rebuild I was doing .Here is what I'm on now I'll change it up as I progress.
    Test cyp 750mg a week
    Deca 600 mg a week
    Anavar 75 mg Ed
    Tbol 50 mg Ed
    Most important part of cycle for me hgh(somastim) 3 iu Ed for now 5 iu edby mid January.
    I'm hovering around 260-265lbs now and 6'1 been on cycle for 6 days now so I'm excited to see the body fat wash away and the muscle to sculpt back I ,I normally reboud in 3-4 weeks after long down time muscle memory is great thing
    I'll post progress pic,diet,workouts,and gear changes as the rebuild progresses.

    Nope my wife has made one for christmas every year we have been together so 17 years its our tradition ,she makes the tom turkey dance every year before we put him in the oven ill record it next year and post it for yall

    I went to a luau! Had pig from a pit (amazing!) sweet potatoes, coconut puddling, poke and a few
    Drinks lol. They had turkey too. Wife had some I just don’t know why when u have all that amazing Hawaiian food.

    Thanks for the log.. I honestly been following and it's got be set for a strong 2018.. looking at putting on a sold 15 lbs of muscle... These log's help in so many different ways.
