    What's up everyone? I have had to focus more on my job here lately and it's taken my time away from the gym, I believe I have everything caught up so I will be back good and strong in the gym. Still doing well in cycle, my appetite has increased more and I will credit that to deca. Hope everyone is reach your goals.

    Your arms look good bro. Seriously they do. Try and get some more pop in your delts and traps with upright rows for a quick pump and fill. Uprights are so underrated in my opinion.

    What's happening everyone? Hope you all have had a great day!!! I am getting some gains in at the gym, hope you all are to. I have been struggling with knee pain is why I havnt hit legs lately, I will be back on legs this week.

    Dont sweat the light days bro. There are times when i just get a nice quick pump to keep momentum going when I feel like shit.
    I always feel better after. Also on the light days I still do every set till failure. Try it next light day.

    Back on the grind peeps, well a small one, tonight I am training shoulders and due to a shoulder injury that I have never been able to get fixed keeps nagging me, so I have to be careful. I'm sure alot of you know what I'm talking about.

    Hope everyone has had a good weekend so far, I myself has not had to work 2 weekends in a row and i love it. Spending time with family is at the top of my list. I am really doing well in this cycle, no water, no gyno and feeling great. I am at 600 with test, and 600 deca, it must be my "sweet spot" cause I feel amazing, other than a few days here and there. I am seriously considering adding in another oral toward the end or something. I am open to any input or suggestions.

    I just got on my cut a few weeks back. It's dropping pretty quick. I'm pretty pleased so far. And have only dropped 200 cals.

  17. Let's incorporate some incline dumbell presses and flyes. Also cable flyes putting all the emphasis on upper pecs.
