    What's up AA? I had another pin today with the smoothness, I am 2 days away from week 2 and am already noticing increased energy, stamina, and libido along with the anavar I am feeling pumped and full. I will be resting again today, I freaking pulled something in my upper shoulderblade today at work so I am gonna rest it tonight. Get back at it tomorrow I hope

    I was rained out early today so might as well go ahead and hit it right off.
    I weighed in this morning and I am 3 lbs heavier.

    THURSDAY: Chest & Triceps
    Pec fly
    130lbs 3×10r
    Cable Cross Over
    40lbs each side
    4×10r with 10 push-ups every set

    Triceps:
    1 arm pull downs
    30lbs 3×10r
    Straight bar push downs
    70lbs 3×10r
    Seated tri push downs
    120lbs 3×10r

    What's up AA I have been resting all weekend and actually feel really good. Wednesday will be 4 weeks into this run I am in with all sciroxx, and everyhing is up aggression in the gym and intensity focus is really on point.
    I am seeing vascularity from the anavar, which is my first and I love var. Only got enough fora few more days and thinking of getting more to run it around 9 weeks. If anyone has questioned sciroxx, question no more quality product that produces quality gains.

    Today is 4 weeks in on this run and it is a good one. Smooth as silk pins, stamina, energy, focus is on point and especially in the gym. The anavar has me pumped and tight at all times!!! I love it. If you have questioned Sciroxx, do it no longer and pull the trigger!!! You will not be disappointed at all!!!

    Good morning AA!! I hurt my back up in my shoulder blade area Thursday at wrk. Feels like I have pinched something, can't hardly get out of bed., due to this I will be resting all weekend.

  16. Hopefully nothing bad. REST UP!!! sounds to me like something is inflamed and pinching a nerve. I'd def rest and be taking Ibuprofen too alleviate any swelling / pain. And possibly. Some cold/warm compresses. I don't have a clue when it comes too healing, but I can definetly show you how too get hurt. ‍♂️
