MM, does your diet change much from the different cycles you do? I know it’s gonna change some. But like when you bulk. Do you eat most of the same things but just increase the calories? Or do you have different diets for different modes? I can’t seem to find the right diet for what I’m doing. I’m still new to aas. But I’ve been lifting for years. When. I bulk I'll add more red meat in place of chicken and dobble carbs but there is not much more difference than that my friend I will use very good quality protien iso and a carb mix esp when bulking with insunlin
