    I cant train in the morning. Always night for me. If im tired I take a bronkaid. I am tired end of day though so it's a mental struggle. I swear I feel like I'm getting old. If I dont wake up with a boner it ruins my day.

    I use to be the 530 pm guy, but now if im not in the gym by 1030 am earlier if possible I lose all motivation

    It’s the only way I can consistently make it to the gym wk to wk, month to month. If I lift at night I would skip too many and I’ve only got 2 hrs when I get home. I’ve still got to get 2 meals in that time too.

    I hear you on that commute it blows, I’m north of town at the 1/95 split and glad I don’t have to work in town ever again.

    I-40 isn’t too bad MM. Ok state hwy 9 sucks balls. East of Norman. I drove that road almost every day for a little over 2 yrs when I worked at a metro FD. I’d have to leave my house an extra 20-30 mins early due to slow ass traffic and no passing lanes. Plus if I was running late, there was an old man who drove a Vespa. I’d get behind that old sob and I’d have atleast 3-4 strokes before I got to the FD. I’d like to visit up in the New England area atleast once before I die. Looks like beautiful country to me. And the seafood is another reason.

    In Asheville it's bad all the tourist use it and 1 -26 cross each other very close to house traffic is a stand still 4-5 times ed
