    Okay, I'm a little curious as to your meals breakdown here. Looks like some pretty low carbs.... and calories. Although, I see you do a morning workout it looks like. Do you find you have enough energy for this kind of workout? I've tried the morning routine, I just can't seem to get through an intense workout on one meal. I know there are a metric shit ton of folk that prefer the morning, I just haven't ever been able to get that same "Mental focus" as I do at night.

    Yes sr morning is the only time I have energy no way I could go after work at all,just small breakfast a shit ton of caffine and gym workouts are only 25-35 min long I normally eat more but no appetite past 5 days wait till I get hungry agin I normally have 12-16 oz of meat per meal and more carbs

    Same here I have to train in the am. After a long day and the long commute I just can’t be consistent and make my self go.

    I just do a peri sup, intra and a bigger post meal. And start to taper carbs off as the day goes.

    Less carbs on non training days.

    I have to agree with Aton i love training in the am when im fresh and have a full tank of gas to burn down the gym! After a long ass day and driving home in traffic from Boston to New Hampshire i just wanna shower eat and chill the fuck out
