Diet time

    So tomorrow is the last day of my bulk. I had a hell of a time through 1/2 to 3/4's of it keeping up w the volume of food now that I'm at the end I feel at the last few meals it's all I can do to have enough food around me to satisfy my hunger.

    I'm on the fence right now. I very much looking forward to cutting back but I'm not looking forward to the hunger to come.

    I will slowly taper back on carbs starting w my last 2 meals. Once past 2 wks I and getting into my maintenance cals I plan on using Helios to peel off the bf.

    As far as gear I plan on keeping it the same for a while to see how I handle it. On this much tren and on a diet I get shit for sleep. So time will tell if this happens again. If it does I will drop tren out.

    I hit 303lbs and kept it there for the last 2.5 weeks.

    Let's see how easy and quick it is for me to get down to 280 ugh.

    I will shoot for a month and use it every other day.

    I never got much out of forskelin.

    Typically I just make sure I sip on water all day long, throw in some Metamucil everyday for the first week and then I'm back in the grove of things.

    When I drop another couple hundred cals I repeat the above.

    Good luck and hope the diet and tren are better this time around. 303lbs is some good weight, I'll be happy to get to 275 this winter.

    Oh I deff have a disorder bubba. I am never satisfied. Even when I'm single digit in bf I just think " dude I look like shit!" U need to tweek this u need more size here"

    I'm getting better in my old age. I focus on smaller goals smaller areas.


    Ur lookin damn good bubba!

    See now that's another thing I can look at someone else and see the change and progress and admire the accomplishment.

    I have a hell of a time doing that for myself.

    So true, 1 day i look in mirror and say damn dude u look good. Other days i say wtf happened .
    Probably a mind set that keep us going at it. Not like the other here today gone tomorrow people.
    I've been lifting since i was 11yrsold. Insecurity in how i looked kept me going strong all these years. I am 48 now, i think this lifestyle has kept me younger
